Five Little Cays is a new (‘2005) luxury beachfront villa on the beautiful island of Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos. Custom designed, it offers four bedrooms, five baths, a private pool, beach and stunning and dramatic views of the Caribbean Sea and nearby uninhabited islands.

The villa gets its name from the five tiny islands located in the Caribbean Sea just a few hundred yards beyond the villa’s beach. Indeed, the home is virtually surrounded by water and the sparkling turquoise water may be viewed from almost every room.

Nestled in serene Turtle Tail on the south side of Providenciales /Provo, the home ensures guests’ complete privacy yet is barely a 10-minute walk to world-renowned Grace Bay Beach.

Sun-drenched Five Little Cays accommodates eight guests in luxury. The home features seven sets of French doors and has been decorated in a traditional West Indies plantation style with dark wood furnishings, including leather and rattan sofas and chairs.

The villa features an open-plan living/dining area, which boasts seven 10-foot circular support columns and exposed beams. A rich wood table seats eight guests with French doors that overlook the pool and Caribbean Sea.

All of the bedrooms feature remote controlled, individually zoned air-conditioning units as well as ceiling fans. All of the bedrooms have 11-foot tray ceilings and French doors leading out onto one of two side patios or onto the rear pool patio.

The master suite boasts a king sized low four poster bed and three sets of French doors (one set leads to a side patio and two sets onto the rear pool patio, a walk in closet (with a safe for valuables) and en-suite bath with Jacuzzi tub overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

Bedrooms #2 and #3 are identical in size, each with queen sized West Indies style four poster beds and en-suite bath.

Additional amenities include surround-sound stereo in the living, dining and kitchen areas as well as on the pool/patio area.

Bedroom #4 has queen-sized beds and is conveniently located adjacent to a guest bathroom with a tiled shower.

Beach and patio furniture, two kayaks, pool flotation devices, a BBQ gas grill, and an outside shower are available for guest use, as is Five Little Cays House’s private pool (with built-in lounge shelves for sitting immersed in water while sunbathing or reading – try it, you may never want to leave!). Two “sun-brella” - covered pergolas shade the pool and patio Area, one to each side of the main living area.

A private pathway leads from the Pool Patio Area down to the secluded beach. Enjoy a plunge in the shallow, bath-warm waters of the Caribbean Sea, or enjoy a swim out to Five Little Cays at the edge of the Caicos Bank, where lobster, conch, and a plethora of local fish await catching for dinner.
Mid-week maid service is included in the price of the villa. Plenty of bed linens and bath and beach towels are provided at Five Little Cays House for your comfort. Arrangements for a private chef, spa treatments, guides, fishing etc. may easily be arranged for additional fees.
