Welcome to your own private paradise -- a secluded get-away set apart from the tourist areas and other villas of Turks and Caicos. Emerald Shores boasts wonderful views, beautiful native gardens, and wonderful pools. It's all a quick ten-minute drive from the airport and downtown Provo. Two minutes from luxurious Taylor Bay Beach.

Our Main House and Guest House were designed by one of the country's best architects. The trade winds blow through the houses, keeping the indoors cool even on the hottest days. Although there are ceiling fans in every room, and air conditioners in every bedroom, they are very rarely needed. Outside, nearly 80 different species of tropical flora surround the villas, along with a garden starring the beautiful Turks and Caicos Cactus.

Nowhere in the Turks and Caicos Islands can views be found like the ones from our two-acre waterfront estate this is a favorite place for everyone from Honeymoon couples to wedding parties. The villas can serve anywhere from 2 to 18 people.

The Main House pool and its wet bar are perfect for an intimate drink for two, or a fun family reunion.

A mid-week cleaning service is included with the price, and you'll find a good supply of bath towels and linens for your convenience. We also have beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas, kayaks and life vests, lounge chairs, barbecues, and hammocks for you to use.

Although Turks and Caicos is known for its low crime rate, there are personal safes in every bedroom, and every floor has Satellite Television, DVD, CD, and mp3 players, as well as an assortment of games and classic books.

The main house overlooks the Chalk Sound National Park, and you can see for miles. It has 5 bedrooms, three on the upper level and two on the lower level. All bedrooms have queen-size beds except one upper-level bedroom with two twin beds that can be combined into one king-size. We also have a baby crib if needed.

The upper floor must be rented before the lower floor, although they can be separated as needed by a doubled door on the stairway. We do not rent the lower floor if only the upper floor is rented. (This policy ensures renters of their full privacy.) The upper level has a breakfast nook and dining area. The lower level has a kitchenette.

An oversized 40 ft. kidney shaped pool serves as the Main House's center of fun and relaxation. The pool has a water seat built into the center of the wall where you can enjoy drinks. A wet bar and barbecue area entice alongside.

The windows and doors all have screens, and in the upper level there is an extra screened porch, a rarity among many island villas. Each bedroom has exquisite in-suite bathrooms, with showers in the upper level and shower-bathtubs downstairs. Each floor also has a powder room, making a total of seven bathrooms in the house.

Washer and dryer rooms are located on each floor, and there are clotheslines outside if you need them. We have a telephone for local calls, and there is adequate parking for at least 5 cars.

The Guest House's four bedrooms -- two on the upper level, and two on the lower level -- all have queen sized beds (and a baby crib if needed). Each floor has its own living room, kitchenette and full bathroom.

Second-floor bedrooms occupy the highest points on the property. From private balconies you can see Chalk Sound, Silly Creek Marina, and the Caribbean Sea. The ground floor unit has beautifully colored gardens outside their windows and is wheelchair accessible.

Tucked away amid lush vegetation that provides complete privacy, the Guest House has its own private pool, phone, laundry room, car park and barbecue area. The houses were built to be close enough for families, but secluded enough to give plenty of privacy.

If only one of the Guest House units is rented, it must be the top unit first. We will not rent the lower unit, in order to ensure guests total privacy.

NOTE: Both Floors of either the main house or the guest house must be rented together during the Winter School Breaks (February) and Thanksgiving. The Estate is rented in it's entirety during the Christmas Holiday season. All other times of the year the Estate can be rented by level. Main House consists of 3 bedrooms on Upper Floor & 2 on the Lower. Guest House consists of 2 Bedrooms on both the Upper & Lower floors.
