Dawn Beach is only available from December through April. Dawn Beach is a luxurious 4 bedroom rental villa located at the western end of Providenciales North Shore beaches. Close to all the amenities of Turtle Cove Marina including several restaurants, boat charters and dive operations, this is the perfect location for enjoying island life at its best.
The 3 story villa enjoys outstanding views of the ocean and north shore beach which stretches for 12 miles towards the east. A few hundred yards to the west is Smiths Reef, probably one of the best snorkeling spots on the island. Dawn Beach has been designed to provide every possible comfort to its occupants including an elevator which services all 3 floors. The ground floor features a games room with full size pool table, TV with cable and satellite service, DVD player, wet bar and full size bathroom with Jacuzzi tub.
There is also a leather sleeper sofa which can turn this room into a 5th bedroom should you need the extra accommodations. On the first floor you will find the spacious open plan family room, kitchen and dining area. A series of pocket sliders pull back to provide uninterrupted views of the pool deck and ocean beyond. The family room is furnished with a mix of West Indian colonial style and rattan furnishings. A large custom built entertainment center houses the big screen TV with satellite and cable service, DVD, VCR, CD and Home Theatre systems.
There is also a supply of DVD's and Videos to keep you entertained. The dining area which comfortably seats 10 is raised slightly and enjoys views of the marina to the south. The gourmet kitchen was designed to be every cooks dream and features a wealth of small electronic appliances together with 2 ovens, stove, microwave, icemaker, dishwasher and fridge freezer. On this floor you will find three of the four bedrooms, each one complete with en suite bathroom, air conditioning, TV with cable service and DVD player. Two of these bedrooms have Queen sized beds while the third has two full sizes. A small utility room is also located on this floor and comes supplied with washer and dryer and a host of fluffy beach towels.
The master suite enjoys the privacy of the second floor. The king sized bed is perfectly positioned to enjoy stunning ocean views; as is the private balcony complete with its comfortable furnishings. A large dressing area provides ample space for clothes and luggage and includes a small refrigerator. Slide back the hand carved Indonesian panels and enter the large bathroom with double vanity, dressing table and walk through shower. Or for the ultimate indulgence step out onto your private bathing balcony, complete with Jacuzzi tub and hand carved privacy screens.
The master suite is air conditioned and has TV with satellite and cable service and a DVD player. Spend your days in the solar heated infinity edge pool or lounging on the spacious pool deck. The pool side gazebo features a gas grill, fridge and ice maker to ensure that you're never without a cool drink or snack! And if you prefer to do your bathing by moonlight why not enjoy the heated spa and do some stargazing! A series of stepping stones lead you from the pool out to the beautiful white sandy beach. If you're feeling energetic take a stroll along this 12 mile stretch of white coral sand. Or just sit back in the beach chairs provided and enjoy the view. Life doesn't get any better than this!
